For L.M.P., a company specialized in plastic materials processing, we developed a custom MTM software to monitor the time and methods of manual processing phases. The company’s goal was to optimize production costs and gain full visibility into the production expenses for each individual order.

Thanks to the Time and Methods software, each operator is equipped with an industrial mobile device, featuring a camera and internet connectivity, which allows them to view detailed information about their assigned order, including the order structure, processing phases, and cycles. The operator can start tracking production times by initiating the activity at the beginning of the process, pausing it during breaks, and completing it at the end of the operation.
