Production is divided between two separate plants: the Corato (BA) facility for cereals and savory snacks, and the Frigento (AV) plant for chocolate and cereal bars. A third site in Melfi (PZ) serves as a logistics warehouse for pallet unit picking and shipment to other retail distribution hubs.

- Production of cereal-based food products, including raw material intake, auxiliary goods storage, production progress with automatic consumption at line start, and goods dispatch to the logistics shipping hub
- Production of chocolate-based food products, managed with the same operational flows
- Storage at the logistics shipping hub, where goods receipt, picking, and vehicle loading operations take place
Finally, thanks to materialSUITE®’s stored procedures, every warehouse movement, inbound and outbound, is synchronized with TeamSystem’s Gamma-Alyante ERP.
