LMP Srl based in Ferrara, was established in 1976 as a company specializing in the processing and transformation of plastic materials, supporting the already well-established company PM, owned by the same founders.

Today, LMP employs 20 staff members and benefits from over 40 years of technical expertise in the field of materials processing and plant systems, supported by a fully digitalized production process.

For L.M.P. a company specialized in the processing of plastic materials, we designed a custom warehouse management software with barcode scanner to optimize internal logistics processes.

The goal was clear: to digitalize the warehouse and eliminate manual management using paper and Excel. The implementation of the materialSUITE® WMS enabled L.M.P. to track every movement of goods in real time through barcode scanning, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and control.

Thanks to this innovation, the company eliminated unnecessary reorders, reduced material waste, and promptly identified anomalies in stock management. In less than a year, L.M.P. transformed its warehouse into a precise, reliable, and fully digital environment, improving productivity and reducing operational costs.

Finally, thanks to the integration between materialSUITE® and ERP Business Cube NTS, administrative staff can easily import warehouse inventory data and finalize accounting documents (invoices) and delivery notes (DDTs) without re-entering product data and descriptions into the system.
