Solutions

We developed and customized the SCH module as a core component of the MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) suite to meet the specific needs of the client. This module is seamlessly integrated with all other components of materialSUITE®, allowing both horizontal job scheduling (from the delivery date back to the earliest start date) and vertical scheduling (from the first available time slot of each resource).

Thanks to its integration with materialSUITE®, the SCH module enabled the company to estimate delivery times more accurately and minimize machine and manual workstation makespan. The use of advanced algorithms—such as reverse scheduling and the planning of unprocessed work orders (BDLs)—automated the scheduling process, improving both lead time and production speed.
